Dhanya Charly

Dhanya Charly is a dedicated clinical psychologist specializing in online psychotherapy services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behaviour Therapy (BT), Parent Management Training (PMT), supportive psychotherapy, and counselling. She holds an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Calicut, where she graduated first in her class at the Kerala University of Health Sciences. She also earned an MSc in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University, Bengaluru), and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Kerala, securing the second position in her cohort.
